Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Sr IT Director to lead the enterprise data strategy, governance, and MDM initiatives across Finance and ERP ecosystems. You will shape the governance model, drive data ownership, and partner with executives to enable AI, analytics, and S/4 modernization across global operations.

You will build a scalable data program, define success metrics, and oversee data quality and stewardship across master and transactional data.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in data management and governance.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale data governance or data quality programs.
• Experience in global organizations with multiple business units.
• Experience supporting ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven success leading cross-functional transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Honeywell's enterprise data strategy aligned with business transformation, operational excellence, S/4 modernization, and AI priorities.
• Develop a multi-year roadmap for enterprise data governance, quality, stewardship, and management capabilities.
• Establish business-driven outcomes, success metrics, and value realization plans for enterprise data initiatives.
• Partner with senior business and functional leaders to align data priorities with strategic objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide data governance framework.
• Establish ownership, accountability, and stewardship models across critical data domains.
• Facilitate enterprise governance forums and executive governance reviews.
• Drive governance policy development, standards adoption, and compliance monitoring.
• Establish enterprise data quality standards, KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality through remediation and governance at source.
• Build scalable remediation and monitoring processes across master and transactional data domains.
• Create visibility into data health, business impact, and governance maturity.
• Lead the enterprise strategy for Master Data Management and golden record creation.
• Ensure consistent governance, quality, lineage, and lifecycle management across data domains.
• Harmonize data across ERP, CRM, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing systems.
• Define critical data elements, business rules, and stewardship processes.
