Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr IT Director to lead Enterprise Data Strategy, Governance, and Management. You will partner across businesses and technology to establish trusted data assets that enable enterprise reporting, AI initiatives, and transformational programs.

You will drive the governance operating model, ensuring data quality, master data management, and accountability across critical data domains to support ERP, CRM, and manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Analytics, Information Management, or Digital Transformation.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale data governance, master data management, or data quality programs.
• Experience working within complex global organizations with multiple business units and functions.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Honeywell's enterprise data strategy aligned with business transformation, operational excellence, S/4 modernization, and AI priorities.
• Develop a multi-year roadmap for enterprise data governance, quality, stewardship, and management capabilities.
• Establish business-driven outcomes, success metrics, and value realization plans for enterprise data initiatives.
• Partner with senior business and functional leaders to align data priorities with strategic objectives.
