Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Senior Data Program Management Specialist (Finance) to lead end-to-end data programs that improve commercial performance. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver trusted data products, dashboards, and metrics, translating complex business needs into scalable solutions.

You will focus on driving sales effectiveness, incentive outcomes, and channel performance while ensuring governance and high-quality documentation across multiple workstreams in a hybrid Charlotte, NC

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data program management, analytics delivery, or related roles.
• Technical fluency to partner with engineering/analytics teams and translate business needs into data solutions.
• Proven experience with Power BI, SQL, and analytics tooling.
• Strong track record delivering complex analytics programs on time across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial data programs with defined outcomes and metrics.
• Drive analytics initiatives to support sales growth and efficiency across Sales, Sales Excellence, and related functions.
• Translate business questions into data requirements, solutions, and actionable insights.
• Deliver executive-ready storytelling and create artifacts such as KPI definitions and scorecards.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and scalable data assets.
• Manage stakeholder communications, release plans, and adoption tracking.
