MCG Health is seeking an Associate Director, Data Engineering in Seattle to shape the data foundation behind our AI products. You will partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Data Scientists to build and operate pipelines, governance, and trusted datasets powering AI features.

You will lead data platform growth, implement reliable workflows, and deliver dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Experience building or growing data platforms that support AI or ML products.
• Strong data operations and software engineering skills for reliable data workflows.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Product Managers and customers to understand needs and translate them into end-to-end data and insights solutions for AI features.
• Grow and maintain the data platform that supports MCG’s AI work, connecting data ingestion, transformation, governance, and delivery into dependable workflows.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, well-governed datasets for Data Scientists to build and improve AI products.
• Identify patterns and insights from data to inform product decisions and AI roadmap.
• Create and maintain dashboards to help partners understand performance and make data-informed decisions.
• Apply strong data operations and software engineering practices to improve data pipelines and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Data Science to surface data risks early and meet technical and business needs.
