Job summary

MCG is seeking a Principal ML Architect to shape agent-based products from concept to scalable solutions in Seattle. You will partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, clinical partners, and customers to translate needs into practical architectures and delivery plans.

You will lead architectural direction, build prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable AI offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ML engineering or related field.
• Experience designing and shipping large-scale AI solutions with reliability and scalability.
• Strong architecture judgment and long-term design capability.
• Experience working with early-stage customers to shape requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery translating needs into end-to-end AI architectures.
• Set architectural direction for agent-based solutions with scalable designs.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concept experiences to test feasibility.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments and adoption barriers.
• Partner with software engineers and data scientists to deliver reliable products.
• Make architecture decisions and communicate constraints clearly across stakeholders.
