Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, microservices, and Kafka.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools with team expectations.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data sensitivity, and secure handling.
• CI/CD, Jenkins, and source control tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
• Proficiency in designing relational data models.
• Cloud platforms AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Knowledge of financial services IT systems.
• Practical cloud-native experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
• Drives enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation.
• Presents architecture and design artifacts and ensures constraints are met.
• Identifies hidden data patterns to improve coding hygiene and architecture.
