Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Lead Data Products Software Engineer to architect, build, and scale a Data Products Framework. You will lead a team of engineers, drive technical strategy, and implement enterprise-grade solutions across AWS, Snowflake, and AI-powered governance.

Focus is on scalable, secure, and compliant data product lifecycles within the CCB Marketing Process Automation team. You will mentor engineers, define roadmaps, collaborate with data owners, and ensure delivery of trusted data

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years applied experience.
• 10+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or platform engineering.
• Proven leadership in mentoring engineers.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade data platforms in a large corporate setting.
• Strong Python, SQL, and at least one other language (Java 17+).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing team across multiple workstreams.
• Set technical vision and roadmap for the Data Products platform.
• Collaborate with platform, AI/ML, and governance teams.
• Architect end-to-end design of Data Products Studio.
• Design AI/Agentic AI layer and agent-based data workflows.
• Define integration architecture with firmwide systems.
• Enforce architectural standards and best practices.
• Develop Agentic AI capabilities powering the framework.
• Architect multi-agent orchestration across the lifecycle.
• Utilize RAG and Vector Databases for context-rich interactions.
