Reliance Matrix seeks an accomplished Lead Data Platform Architect to define the target-state architecture for a comprehensive data ecosystem, spanning data lake, data warehouse, integration, semantics, and AI-ready capabilities. You will guide cross-functional teams, set standards for data quality and governance, and ensure scalable, cost-conscious delivery across on-site and offshore resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience across education, training, certifications, and work exposure.
• Typically 8–11 years of progressive relevant experience in data engineering, data architecture, or data platforms with technical leadership and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise data platform architecture across ingestion, storage, processing, data warehouse, integration, and governance.
• Mentor engineers and architects, drive design reviews, and ensure alignment with standards across on-site and offshore teams.
• Oversight of data quality, lineage, observability, security, and cost optimization; partner with governance, security, and audit teams.
