Trace3 is seeking a Data Architect to join the Data and Analytics Services team. This role blends hands-on architecture, leadership, consulting, and delivery responsibility to design, govern, and operationalize data platforms for analytics, AI, reporting, and decision-making.

The ideal candidate bridges executive conversations with detailed technical design, establishing architecture standards and guiding engineering teams to secure, scalable solutions aligned to business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, analytics, or related consulting.
• Hands-on production experience with at least two platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python; ability to review production-quality code.

• Lead architecture workshops and design governance across delivery lifecycles.
• Develop enterprise-scale data platforms and roadmaps aligned with client outcomes.
• Mentor engineers and architects; create reusable accelerators and playbooks.
