Job summary

Princess Cruises in South Florida is seeking a Technical Product Owner, Data & Payments Technology, to own the enterprise data product backlog and translate priorities into a unified roadmap for the Data Engineering team.

You will partner with Onboard Revenue, Shore Excursions, Photo, Revenue Management, Finance, Contact Center, Sales, and CRM to align roadmaps to measurable business outcomes and support the payments platform backlog as a secondary scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product owner / product management experience on enterprise data, analytics, or platform programs.
• Preferred: CSPO / PSPO or equivalent product-owner certification.
• Ownership of enterprise data or platform roadmaps including Snowflake, Oracle DB, Informatica, and AWS.
• Experience with data warehousing, ELT/ETL, dimensional and semantic modeling, and data governance.
• SQL literacy to interrogate data and converse with engineers.
• Experience partnering with BI/analytics teams and front-end tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Own, groom, and prioritize enterprise data product backlog by value and priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to capture outcomes and maintain a single data roadmap.
• Serve as Product Owner for Data Engineering: write epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria; lead agile ceremonies.
• Drive cross-platform data delivery by managing data contracts across Snowflake, Oracle DB, Informatica, AWS; prioritize data models and semantic views.
• Own and prioritize the payments platform backlog as a secondary scope with cost, resiliency, and revenue-protection alignment.
