Job summary

CVS Health seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the data governance platform within the Signify Health team. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for governance, catalog, lineage, and quality standards to enable trusted insights.

You will collaborate with data engineering, software engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, establish success metrics, and report impact. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Product.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product roles with focus on data products or platforms
• Proven data governance strategy definition and rollout experience
• Strong grasp of data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, and policy enforcement
• Experience with data governance/analytics platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Axon, Unity Catalog)
• Proficiency in SQL and reading data models, metadata, lineage representations
• Ability to drive platform adoption across data producers, stewards, and consumers
• Ability to define and track governance success metrics and report impact
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
