You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, mentor teammates, and help shape our data-focused practices. Role emphasizes ownership of data layers, cross-project impact, and proactive problem solving within a consultative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with data engineering across multiple domains.
• Ability to ingest, transform, and move data to analytics-ready state.
• Strong SQL and programming for data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and schemas that scale with volume.
• Lead data architecture and modeling discussions, documenting reasoning.
• Balance technology choices to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Mentor teammates and drive retrospectives with teams and clients.
• Maintain relationships with client technical leaders and stakeholders.
• Document outcomes and drive action items forward.
