JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer within Corporate Technology, Data protection and Recovery. You will be a core technical contributor in an agile team delivering trusted, secure, scalable software products.

Candidate should have 5+ years of enterprise software experience, strong Python and SQL, and a track record with AI-assisted development, CI/CD, and data pipelines using Airflow and Kafka. Collaborative, fast-paced environment with security at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering in enterprise settings.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding and code reviews.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with testing experience.
• Familiarity with secure coding and data protection practices.
• Experience with CI/CD and agile delivery in fast-paced teams.
• Experience with Airflow, Kafka, and cloud services.

Responsabilités

• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review peers' work.
• Lead AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
• Extract data models and build data platform solutions.
• Design data pipelines using Airflow or similar tools.
• Build streaming pipelines with Kafka or Pub/Sub.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on architecture.
• Create reports in JIRA/Confluence to improve workflows.
