You will lead an agile data engineering team, mentor peers, and drive AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, speed, and operational outcomes. The role requires deep experience in Python/Java, data engineering, cloud, and large-scale systems, with collaboration across executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability at enterprise scale.
• Expert in Python and/or Java with strong software engineering practices.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure handling, and security resiliency.

Responsabilités

• Develops secure, high-quality production code for data-intensive applications and platforms, and mentors other engineers.
• Creates durable, reusable software frameworks and patterns across teams.
• Drives adoption of advanced methods aligned with industry standards and product development.
• Advises cross-functional teams on technical matters in your domain.
• Drives team adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, delivery speed, and operations, with standardized validation and reuse of patterns.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation value at scale.
• Applies tools to improve automation value within delivery practices.
