ONCORE Construction Consulting Group is seeking a Lead Superintendent responsible for management of data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects worth between $100M to $500M. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $175k to $225k, 20% bonus plan, and travel premiums. In addition, benefits include company-paid flights home, medical support, and 24 days PTO.
Lead Superintendent (travel required up to 75%) – Data Center
This Lead Superintendent will provide overall coordination and management of various construction projects across all phases of work. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects valued up to $500M at any given time. Candidate should have recent Data Center construction experience and a heavy MEP background. Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage people and projects professionally, efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. Able to keep projects running onsite while keeping VP & Executive level management informed and up to date. Travel required up to 75% of the time (work from home office 25%). Qualifications:
• 10+ years in a Superintendent capacity with a GC firm
• 5+ years in a Superintendent capacity with a GC firm
• 2+ years of "Lead" experience, running multiple projects at one time
• Prior experience running $100M to $500M in project value
• Travel required (work is 75% onsite & 25% from home office)
• Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
Responsibilities:
• Schedule, coordinate and manage daily construction activities.
• Manage & lead other Superintendents on different projects.
• Collaborate with project management staff, engineers, subcontractors, and owners.
• Achieve project milestones through appropriate planning, goals, and deadlines.
• Track project progress and implement measures for safe and successful completion of work.
• Communicate with all stakeholders; maintain open lines of communication with the rest of the project management team to effectively address issues and prohibit problems.
• Act as a site leader and resource for the project team.
• Supervise staff and provide construction feedback.
• Maintain compliance of safety, health, and quality standards.

In addition they have developed a reputation as a leader in the Data Center construction space. Including multiple "behind the meter" Data Center projects with 200+Mega watt capacity. In just 25 years, they’ve built a reputation as a trusted partner in the mission‑critical sector, and have projects in 20+ States, mostly in Eastern and Central USA. This GC is growing and needs to add to the team.
