Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent for a large Data Center project in Cedar Rapids, IA. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of commercial construction experience and preference will be given to those with Data Center expertise. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, ensuring project safety, and developing schedules. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a rewarding bonus program. Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience required.
• Commercial construction experience working for a general contractor is required.
• Experience in Data Center Construction is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site.
• Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy.
• Develop and update the project schedule and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure they adhere to contract requirements.
