Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team.
- Data Center construction experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site.
- Develop and update the project schedule and resource allocation.
- Oversee safety, quality, budgets, and timelines on the project.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and manage performance and safety compliance.
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
