Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent for our Iowa Business Unit on a large hyperscale Data Center project in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will lead subcontractors, safeguard safety, and partner with the Project Manager to optimize schedules, budgets, and staffing.

Qualifications

8+ years of Project Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
Experience leading and mentoring a team.
Data Center construction experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site.
Develop and update the project schedule and resource allocation.
Oversee safety, quality, budgets, and timelines on the project.
Coordinate with subcontractors and manage performance and safety compliance.
Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
