Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience leading commercial/industrial construction projects.
• Prior experience on hyperscale data center projects is desired.
• Experience managing projects valued at $30 million or larger.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors.
• Develop, document, and communicate work plans.
• Lead contractor meetings and review safety compliance.
• Manage jobsite logistics and the project schedule.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
