Trane Limited is seeking an Engineering Manager for Data Center New Product Development in Lexington, KY. This role leads the engineering team designing Airside Data Center TCDC and VCDC products through concept, design, verification, and production release.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive innovations, ensure manufacturability, and align new products with customer needs and business goals. The position blends leadership with hands-on technical execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience leading engineering activities for new product development.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and CAD processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of NPD engineering for Airside Data Center TCDC and VCDC products.
• Develop and coach a team of engineers and designers; set priorities and provide day-to-day leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, manufacturing, and product management to resolve technical issues and drive business objectives.
• Lead engineering changes, validation, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
• Incorporate field feedback and drive year-over-year margin improvements.
