Job summary

SpaceXAI in Southaven, MS is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support data center operations, analyze inventory data, optimize stock levels and material flow for servers, GPUs, networking gear, and critical infrastructure.

You will generate reports, participate in cycle counts, ensure ERP/WMS data quality, and collaborate with operations, procurement, commissioning, and finance to improve processes and ensure 24/7 readiness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of inventory analysis, inventory control, or related experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (pivot, lookups, modeling).
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory transactions, levels, usage, and discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Perform root-cause analysis on variances and implement corrective actions.
• Generate reports and dashboards on inventory metrics and KPIs.
• Support cycle count programs and reconcile physical vs system inventory.
• Maintain data quality in ERP/WMS and ensure traceability.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, commissioning, and finance on planning.
• Identify and drive process improvements for receiving, storage, and staging.
• Track high-value assets and critical spare parts for 24/7 operations.
