Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Lead Critical Facilities Technician - HVAC in Sterling, VA to support mission-critical data center and commercial mechanical operations. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and documentation on critical HVAC systems.
• Coordinate daily field activity and provide technical direction to technicians.
• Mentor team members and ensure safety, quality, and uptime of facilities.
• Act as primary technical escalation point for technicians, customers, vendors, and leadership.
• Plan and prioritize work, verify procedural compliance and work quality.
