Job summary

EPI Power, LLC seeks an Electrical Project Superintendent to lead field operations on data center projects. You will partner with the Project Manager to manage schedule, budget, and staffing while establishing a strong safety culture on site.

You're expected to build and maintain relationships with owners, designers, and engineers, supervise subcontractors, and ensure timely, accurate paperwork. Travel and relocation may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Superintendent experience required.
• Experience on data center projects highly desired.
• Electrical background required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site.
• Maintain project safety per the Safety Policy.
• Work with the Project Manager to manage schedule and budget.
• Prepare two-week look ahead schedules.
• Update project schedules using scheduling software.
• Assist with the buyout and selection of subcontractors.
• Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces.
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers.
• Ensure paperwork is complete, accurate, and timely.
• Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide opportunities to help the team develop, learn, and grow.
• Foster positive relationships on the jobsite.
