EPI Power is hiring an Electrical Project Superintendent to join our team on data center projects. You will lead subcontractors, maintain safety, and partner with the Project Manager to control schedule and budget.

This role requires effective client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships and may require travel or relocation based on project needs. The position involves a 6-day workweek (Monday–Saturday) and a focus on developing the team while delivering high-quality electrical construction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Superintendent experience.
• Experience on data center projects preferred.
• Electrical background required.
• Ability to read/interpret construction documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel/relocate.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site.
• Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy.
• Work with the Project Manager to manage the project schedule and budget.
• Prepare two-week look ahead schedules.
• Update project schedules using scheduling software.
• Assist with buyout and selection of subcontractors.
• Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces.
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed, accurate, and timely.
• Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide opportunities to help the team develop, learn, and grow.
• Foster positive relationships on the jobsite.
