EPI Power, LLC is hiring an Electrical Project Superintendent to lead subcontractors on data center projects. You will partner with the Project Manager to drive safety, schedule, and budget while cultivating strong client and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is open to travel/relocation as project needs arise.

The role requires a 6-day work week, Monday through Saturday, and a strong electrical background to oversee field forces and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Project Superintendent on data center or similar projects.
• Electrical background required.
• Ability to read/interpret construction documents and schedules.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on the job site.
• Maintain project safety per policy.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to manage schedule and budget.
• Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Update project schedules using scheduling software.
• Assist with subcontractor buyout and selection.
• Coordinate subcontractor field work and communications with owners, designers, and engineers.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and timely.
