Job summary
Ramboll in the Americas is seeking a Lead Consultant to support the CST team in data center due diligence from early screening through planning. The role coordinates multidisciplinary inputs and reviews site development considerations with civil engineering expertise.
The position is hybrid and can be based in our New England offices (Boston, Hartford, Portland, Westford). We value collaboration, professional development, and sustainable change through responsible consulting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Civil/site development or land development experience preferred for environmental candidates.
- Three+ years in consulting and multi-disciplinary project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers in delivering data center due diligence with scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and deliverables.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain schedules, track actions, and provide status updates.
- Prepare client communications, decisions, and progress reports.
- Review master plans, test fits, utilities, grading, stormwater, and site constraints for due diligence.
- Quality-review client reports, risk summaries, proposals, and cost estimates.
