Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Lead Consultant in the New England area to join the CST team. You will support data center projects from early screening through due diligence and conceptual planning, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and maintaining clear communication across project teams.

Ideal candidates have a civil/site development background, strong writing and client-service skills, and experience with CAD/Civil 3D. Hybrid work in Boston, Hartford, Portland, or Westford is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Environmental engineering candidates should have civil/site development or land development experience.
• Minimum of three years of relevant consulting experience including civil/site development or multidisciplinary project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in delivering data center due diligence with scope, schedule, budget, staffing, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, maintain schedules, track action items and information requests, provide status updates.
• Prepare materials, document decisions, track follow-up actions, and contribute to progress updates for client meetings.
• Review site development concepts including master plans, test fits, utilities, grading, and permitting as part of due diligence.
• Prepare and quality-review client-ready reports, risk summaries, proposals, work plans, and cost estimates while supporting multiple data center projects.
