Job summary

Ramboll seeks a Lead Consultant to join our CST team in New England (Boston, Hartford, Portland, or Westford). You will oversee data center due diligence, site selection, and early-stage planning, coordinating with project managers, technical specialists, and client teams.

The role requires civil engineering insight, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment. Hybrid work and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant consulting experience in civil/site development, due diligence, or multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Strong technical writing, organization, and client-service skills; CAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, GIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scope, schedule, budget, staffing, deliverables, and client expectations for data center due diligence.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain project schedules and action items.
• Prepare client-ready reports, risk summaries, and technical deliverables.
• Support client meetings, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.
• Review master plans, site constraints, utilities, and permitting considerations for due diligence.
