Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to oversee core, shell, and TI scopes on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in Lubbock, TX. You will manage project execution, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and QA/QC, collaborating with field teams, MEP partners and design stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 5–8 years of commercial construction PM experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of commercial construction PM experience.
• Budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control experience.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and subs.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360/Autodesk Build, MS Project, or Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage core, shell, and tenant improvement scopes for large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, MEP partners, and design stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes are followed.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and subcontractor management.
