Job summary

Turner & Townsend in San Jose seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead turnkey data center construction programs, collaborating with Project Director and senior staff to align contractor and vendor activities.

You will drive planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and compliance, mentoring teams and communicating with leadership to keep programs on track. This is an on-site role requiring travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in ground-up construction project management for data center environments.
• Strong scheduling, cost management, and risk mitigation skills.
• Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change management, and OFCI coordination.
• Familiarity with safety codes and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution from pre-construction through commissioning.
• Monitor progress with routine site observations for quality and safety.
• Coordinate design deliverables, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Prepare executive-level reports and project documentation.
• Lead coordination with contractors, vendors and internal teams.
