Job summary

Turner & Townsend PJM US LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction programs in Atlanta, GA. You will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure design standards and compliant delivery across multiple campuses.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, strong organizational and presentation skills, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office tools. On-site work is required with potential client interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills with the broader team.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, supply chains) to deliver compliant projects.
• Track milestones and prevent schedule slips; forecast key milestones.
• Ensure project governance, processes and systems are applied consistently.
• Produce formal status reports and other required reports.
• Oversee multiple construction projects and ensure design standards are followed.
• Coordinate suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Maintain project information flow through meetings and written communications.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, GCs and regional stakeholders.
