Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Architect at the Pennington, NJ location to lead data center and mission-critical projects. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure design quality, code compliance, and thorough documentation for complex facilities.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience, a Registered Architect license, strong Revit skills, and a track record of leading design and documentation efforts on data center projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
• Experience with preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications

Responsibilities

• Lead owner/client and internal meetings for data center projects
• Manage architecture team and production of detailed construction documents
• Review documents for conflicts across disciplines and perform QA/QC
• Coordinate with affected disciplines and incorporate changes into project documents
• Provide construction observation and contract administration as needed
