Job summary

DXC Technology Philippines is seeking a senior data architecture leader to drive architecture initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will mentor staff, define data strategies, and ensure data governance and security across projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.

• Proficiencies in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL, and database technologies.

Job description

Essential Job Functions

• Manage data architecture projects and teams, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and engineers to implement data solutions.
• Participate in defining data requirements and data strategies.
• Implement data governance and quality standards to maintain data integrity.
• Support the development of data roadmaps and ensure alignment with data standards.
• Mentor and guide junior staff in data architecture best practices.
• Contribute to data security efforts and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on data architecture project progress to department heads.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in data architecture and management
• Proficiencies in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and database technologies
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CDMP, or similar are a plus

Compensation

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $158,300 - $293,900.
