Inspire11 seeks a Data Solution Owner to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering high-impact data, analytics, and AI solutions for clients. You will act as the strategic advisor and delivery leader—balancing architecture, governance, storytelling, and innovation to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading data/analytics initiatives in consulting or enterprise settings.
• Deep knowledge of SQL, data modeling, cloud platforms, and data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with modern data tools such as Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery or BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics solutions aligned to client goals and budgets.
• Mentor cross-functional teams of analysts, engineers, and architects for delivery quality and growth.
• Act as client advisor, shaping roadmaps and communicating data-driven insights.
• Translate client needs into actionable data strategies and plans.
• Oversee architecture across SQL, cloud platforms, data warehouses, and BI tools.
• Drive delivery using Agile or hybrid methods with backlog management and risk mitigation.
• Enforce data governance, privacy, security, and compliance best practices.
• Identify opportunities to modernize environments and embed GenAI and analytics capabilities.
• Champion AI literacy and real-world AI/ML use cases.
