Job summary

Ally Financial in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to lead BI initiatives for Consumer Banking’s Value Stream. The role focuses on data strategy, KPI governance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance and insights.

You will build dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports, interface with stakeholders across product, operations, technology, and analytics, and guide a team through complex analyses and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI and analytics initiatives for Consumer Banking’s Value Stream.
• Own data strategy for the Fraud Data Plane and real-time data streaming.
• Develop and govern KPI frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Mentor teams and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
