The ideal candidate has 4+ years in statistical or data analysis, preferably in healthcare, and strong Power BI and SQL skills. You will mentor analysts and help design KPI standards while enabling enterprise data assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of statistical or data analysis experience; healthcare background preferred.
• Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation.
• Strong Power BI and SQL skills; ability to write queries from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations for call center analytics.
• Provide advanced analytical support for claims, provider, member, clinical, HEDIS, and pharmacy data.
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large data across multiple systems.
• Review data to identify operational impacts, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop reports and deliverables for management.
• Model data using Excel, Access, SQL, and warehouse tools.
• Ensure data quality audits to meet reporting requirements.
• Assist with training and mentoring other data analysts.
• Comply with policies and standards.
