Responsibilities

• Provide advanced analytical support for business operations (claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, external reporting).
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large data across multiple systems.
• Review data to determine operational impacts; elevate issues and opportunities to management.
• Develop reports and deliverables for management; mentor other data analysts.
• Model data using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and other data warehousing tools.
• Ensure data quality audits and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Support training and mentoring of other analysts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
