• Experience with SQL and data querying languages.
• Experience leading or managing analysts.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Lead two analysts and drive complex healthcare analytics projects.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for clinical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Plan and execute enterprise-wide analytics projects and initiatives.
• Manage requirements, testing, deployment and user adoption with partners.
