• 4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience leading analytic data projects and mentoring analysts.
• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytic data projects and mentor other data analysts.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations for call center analytics.
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large datasets across multiple systems.
• Review data to determine operational impact and communicate insights to management.
• Develop reports and deliverables for management.
• Model data using Excel, SQL, or other data warehousing tools.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and perform data quality audits.
• Assist with training and mentoring other analysts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
