Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Lead Data & Analytics / AI Developer to drive data engineering and AI initiatives across North America.

You will lead Skywise-based pipelines, integrate Palantir tools, and collaborate with shop-floor managers and executives to optimize manufacturing, supply chain, and operations. The role requires 7+ years with a Master’s or 10+ years of experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in data engineering, advanced analytics, or business intelligence (or 7+ years with a Master’s degree).
• Demonstrated leadership as a lead technical developer/SME and mentoring junior developers.
• Experience leading digital initiatives and pipeline delivery within aerospace, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows within Palantir Skywise.
• Oversee administration and governance for enterprise analytics platforms (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI).
• Translate complex data architectures into actionable business insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across North America to deliver AI-enabled data solutions.
