Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Lead Data & Analytics / AI Developer to join the AI and Advanced Analytics team. You will lead data engineering and Palantir Skywise integration to optimize operations, assembly line efficiency, and productivity across North American divisions.

You will collaborate with shop-floor managers, digital specialists, and executives to translate complex data into actionable insights and scalable AI solutions using enterprise data architecture and MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, analytics, or BI; aerospace/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven lead technical developer / SME with governance and agile delivery experience.
• Excellent ability to translate complex data architectures into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and Skywise workflows for operational insights.
• Oversee platform administration for analytics tools and governance of data assets.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with CoE to scale AI across Airbus Americas.
