Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Data & Automation Manager to provide analytical support to global Commercial teams while leading the development and deployment of automation solutions.

The role acts as a catalyst for a data-driven culture, ensuring data availability, quality and governance across platforms and projects. You will champion data products, own dashboards in Skywise and Qlik, apply AI to automate processes, steer change management, and align data/automation

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, BIT, Engineering or similar.
• 3+ years in Business Analyst, Data Analytics or Process Automation.
• Experience in a business consultancy is desirable.
• AI programming certifications preferred.
• Process improvement certifications (Six Sigma/Lean) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestic/international.
• Ability to extract/analyze data from BI software and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Data Availability & Compliance: ensure data availability and governance in analytics platforms (e.g., Skywise); promote data products within Satair.
• Dashboard Management: create, maintain, and own data products and dashboards in Skywise, Qlik, and other tools.
• Automation & AI: use AI to develop automation solutions and drive data-driven changes aligned with Satair’s strategies.
• Commercial Analytics & Insights: analyze business data to provide performance insights and support competitive proposals.
• Deployment & Governance: lead improvements with stakeholders and provide training to adopt digital applications and robotics.
• Additional Responsibilities: perform other duties as assigned (5%).
