Lehigh Valley Dairy Farms, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering & Maintenance Manager to oversee and guide the plant's engineering and maintenance teams.

You will lead a team of engineers and maintenance managers, develop preventive maintenance programs, and align projects with safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You will manage capital improvements, drive reliability, and implement best practices across facilities, including GMP adherence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; technical training acceptable.
• 8+ years in food manufacturing engineering/maintenance with 1+ year in management.
• Certification and/or License may be required during employment.

Aufgaben

• Manage all aspects of engineering and maintenance functions, directing engineers and maintenance managers/supervisors.
• Establish predictive/preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Oversee maintenance for facility systems, production machinery, and utility networks to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize capital projects and improvements.
• Plan and execute capital and expense projects within budget and schedule.
