Job summary

Mill Haven Foods LLC in Littlefield, TX seeks a Plant Foreperson to oversee daily operation of receiving, separators, cream pasteurizer, butter operation, evaporators, dryer and packaging. You will monitor quality, safety, and GMP compliance while coordinating with maintenance and supervisors.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment. Forklift and sampler licenses are required or must be obtained.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Forklift Operator License and Sampler’s License required or able to obtain.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Adherence to safety procedures and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of receiving, separators, HTSTs, evaporators, load outs, butter operation, warehouse, dryer and powder packaging.
• Monitor chemical use during cleanup, CIP logs, and rotation of products.
• Maintain sanitary conditions; update master sanitation logs and records.
• Inform management of process changes or issues and follow supervisor directions.
• Assist with maintenance and equipment servicing as needed per schedule.
• Follow all safety rules and report any damage or unsafe conditions.
