Qualifications

• Must have college degree or certification in business or technology.
• 7–10 years of experience in one or more of: NERC CIP, ERCOT Protocols, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, SOX, PCI, NACHA, NRC.
• Ability to learn quickly and tackle new challenges.
• Strong written communication and ability to facilitate agreement among diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain program procedures, processes and tools.
• Interpret standards for internal stakeholders and summarize impact for executives.
• Administer internal control system and evidence compliance.
• Support internal and external audit activities and investigate variances.
• Design and manage corrective action plans and perform root cause analysis.
