Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in industrial or infrastructure cybersecurity roles.
• Deep understanding of NERC CIP, IC/OT security, and control systems engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, NAT, firewalls, and segmentation.
• Experience with industrial networks or air-gapped environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation to enforce security controls and validate compliance.
