Job summary

Peraton in Fort Meade, MD seeks a Cybersecurity Architect (Lead) to guide the team in defensive cyberspace operations, Zero Trust design, and RMF compliance for DoD cyber defense programs. You will lead 6 cybersecurity professionals, oversee threat intelligence integration, and drive readiness assessments and accreditation to protect critical systems and information across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider Associate +14 or HS +16 years of experience.
• Requires current CISSP, CISM, or CASP+ IA cybersecurity certification
• Expert knowledge of Zero Trust architecture
• Strong RMF and NIST framework experience
• Proficiency in security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS)
• Experience with DoD cybersecurity requirements
• Experience leading security teams
• U.S. Citizenship required
• DoD TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI clearance
