Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or STEM or 18 years as a Cyber Security Engineer in lieu of degree.
• 18 years of enterprise cybersecurity leadership involving architecting and configuring cloud and on-premise systems.
• DoD 8570 Level II (IASAE) certification compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity engineering support to teams developing new systems or upgrading legacy ones.
• Conduct independent product research and AoA to identify optimal security solutions.
• Lead system concept development and early lifecycle phases, translating requirements into secure designs.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to develop Security Architectures, Roadmaps, and investment strategies.
• Advise programs on technical solutions and policy improvements to meet Zero Trust goals.
