Job summary

You will analyze issues, communicate with customers of varied technical levels, and collaborate with a team to resolve cases while maintaining thorough CRM documentation. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to self-manage projects in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with GIS technologies, ESRI server tech incl. ArcGIS Enterprise/Portal.
• Experience communicating with customers of varying technical aptitude in GIS/IT.
• Knowledge of IT security, networking, installation, configuration and performance.
• Self-starter, team player with ability to present alternate points of view.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support by responding in real-time to customer needs in cases submitted via email, chat, and/or phone interactions.
• Analyze customer issues to identify, understand, and articulate the core problem and potential solutions.
• Partner with team members to identify common patterns, align on the best path forward, and solve cases.
• Maintain comprehensive case documentation in our CRM system to understand the mission and activities of our customers.
