Qualifications

5+ years of experience with GIS technologies and ESRI Server tech.
Experience communicating with customers with varying technical aptitudes in GIS/IT.
Knowledge of IT frameworks including security, networking, installation, configuration, and performance.
Self-starter and team player with ability to bring alternate viewpoints to the discussion.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical support via email, chat, and phone.
Analyze customer issues to identify core problems and solutions.
Collaborate with team to identify patterns and determine best path forward.
Maintain thorough case documentation in the CRM system.
