Lawn Doctor is looking for a reliable individual to provide exceptional customer service to our current and future customers. This position involves listening to concerns and demonstrating how our services can be solutions. Compensation is hourly, with performance bonuses. The current hours are typically 8 am-4 pm, Monday-Friday, with some flexibility. Part-time applicants will also be considered.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is friendly, and possesses excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Training on our software will be provided. Experience in the lawn care industry is desirable but not required.

The main duties and responsibilities include:

1. Handling inbound calls from customers and prospects
2. Making outbound calls to follow up on proposals and onboard new customers
3. Selling services over the phone
4. Maintaining customer data records
5. Communicating with the service team to ensure customer needs are met
